Frankie Sandford's gone and got herself some new hair extensions!! The Saturdays star was spotted out and about yesterday with her trademark crop but was snapped venturing into a salon. A few hours later Frankie emerged with luscious long locks!

Frankie who announced her first pregnancy a couple of months ago added a pic to her new do on Instagram claiming "I look about 5 here but in the words of @missksymes 'long hair don't care' lol. #pregohair #timeforachange". Frankie had long hair when The Saturdays made their debut in the UK and she has also played with hair extensions a couple of years ago. Whilst Frankie looks fine with long hair we have to admit to preferring her cropped hairstyle.

Very has unveiled its newest clothes model...Millie Mackintosh. Millie has been taken on to become the face of the catalogues own label of clothing, Love Label....and how gorgeous does she look in the summer range promo shots!

Millie has been transformed into a 60’s siren for the summer range of clothes. Showing off her envious pins in pretty shorts, skirts and playsuits. We love the jewellery and accessories used to really give an authentic feel.

How amazing does her hair look with the vintage twist!? Millie Mackintosh's hair really suits the 60's style. Adding root lift to create a bardot inspired bouffant do and gorgeously smooth and full lengths of her hair finalises the look. Her hair looks incredibly healthy and full bodied in these shots. We’d love to see more vintage inspired do’s on the Made in Chelsea girls!

Oooo look at Lauren Conrad’s bang! We are huge fans of her ever changing, luscious locks here at HK but we didn’t see this new do' on the cards! Debuting her new haircut on Instagram Lauren captioned the pic ‘bow bow bang bang’!

Lauren is known for playing around with her hair but most often this is with shade. She has currently rocking blonde ombre tips but has tried out pretty much every candy shade possible using her super light blonde ombre tips as a base for this.We're pretty sure she uses hair extensions for the different looks too!

We are loving the 60’s inspired heavy bang on Lauren and more importantly we are loving the super cute curled ponytail and tulle bow! Such a youthful and summery look and feel to the style.

You can never really go wrong with a braid during the summer months but this season braids are bang on trend! Braids offer so much versatility...they can be incorporated into updos and down do’s whilst being an updo and a down do by themselves! This hair tutorial is for the super chic Loose Side Braid...this style has been seen on both the Red Carpet and Catwalks recently and is a style that we love! On first glance you even start to doubt that you're even looking at a braid!

The trick to this style is your technique...this will differ to any braid you have ever done!

Step One

For this braid you need to create lots of texture. For this we have found the best method is to dampen your hair and add some mousse to the roots of your hair. Roughly dry this upside down using hairspray as you dry. Now sweep your hair over into a deep side parting and gather your hair over your shoulder.

Step Two

Now you want to start your braid but unlike any other braid you don’t want to keep the hair tight or neat! Separate your hair into your 3 sections and cross over for the first section of the braid.

Step Three

Before you continue the braid you will want to drop some of the hair you are holding. You will pick this up in the next cross over of hair but this will give the braid a non uniform and unique look. Continue this to the end and secure with an elastic.

Step Four

Now your braid is secured at the ends you will want to play around with this to loosen the braid a little. It’s ok if sections fall out as this will add to the messy look however if you want a little more shape you can pin these in.

How beautiful does Jessica Lowndes and her hair look in these dreamy shots. Taken for Drafted magazine the 90210 actress looks so pretty and feminine...a side we are not used to seeing from her character on the show or on the red carpet. Jessica often chooses a much more structured look.

The shot showed off Jessica's natural beauty in stunning avant garde gowns that helped set the Alice in Wonderland theme for the shoot. Her hair is seen in a variety of styles but it always looks gorgeous. When worn down her hair looks thick and full and worn up it is perfectly styled.

OMG!! We were super shocked when we saw Instagram pics of Rita Ora’s new blue do’ but we are loving the look on her! She captioned the pic..."Today it's smurf day :) #rehearsals #album2 #bluehair

Rita Ora is known for her edgy and individual styling so she is sure to rock this look. The instagram pics only showed her hair scraped back into a tucked under ponytail but we can’t wait to see what amazing styles she creates with her on trend shade!

This weekend saw the annual British Soap Awards take place and all of the 5 biggest TV shows made it to the red carpet for the years biggest event. It was great to see so many bang on trend hairstyles that we couldn’t help but take a look through our favourites.

Georgia May Foote looked stunning in a floor length orange gown...her hair took inspiration from the 1950’s and Jessica Rabbit with stunning vintage inspired waves. The style adds tons of root lift with loads of large waves throughout the lengths and looks simply beautiful on her.

Sticking with the vintage styling was Hollyoaks Claire Cooper...she went for an elegant updo that had a distinctive 1960’s vibe. We love the softness of the style whilst still keeping this polished.

Braids are a huge summer trend and many of the younger soap stars rocked this look. Emmerdales Chelsea Halfpenny went for a large side braid whereas Holloaks Wallis Day chose another side braid but  this time opting for a really loose Fishtail braid. We love braids on the red carpet and think that the girls pulled the look of perfectly.

Our absolute favourite red carpet hairstyle of the night had to go to Coronation St’s Brooke Vincent! Her hair underrated and simple but looked amazing. Her hair had loads of volume and looked super sleek, straight but with movement. She finished the hair with a super deep parting and flicked all her hair to one side. Perfect!

Congratulations are in order for the lovely Marvin and Rochelle Humes. With the birth of their baby girl, Alaia-Mai this morning we thought we should take a look back at our favourite Rochelle Humes hairstyles. As a member of one of the biggest British Girl bands The Saturdays, Rochelle has tried out so many hairstyles!

Bandmate Una gave birth to a little girl last year...Rochelle and Marvin have kept the trend going today so all eyes will be moving to Frankie, who announced her pregnancy last month to see if she can keep the baby girls coming!

We love Rochelle’s long bob hairstyle but we also love her toffee shade long longs too!

We are huge fans of fuss free hairstyles and this season there are loads of gorgeous styles that will literally take you minutes to do! The ponytail made a comeback as a hairstyle trend, and not just how you wore your hair between washes, last summer but this French Twist Low Ponytail is such a cute and perfect summer version of a super easy hair style!

Step One

Start by pulling all your hair back and holding where you want the ponytail to start. For thsi style you better off going for a mid height or high pony.

Step Two

Now you want to simply twist your hair. You want to do this quite tightly at this stage as it will loosen a little later.

Step 3

Now still holding the end of your pony with one hand you want to use the other hand to lie your ponytail to your head. No to make this like a french twist you need to smooth this into your head...the best method I have found is to use the palm of your hand! Place your hand slightly to the side of your rolled hair and pull the side hair over your roll of hair. You will have needed your hair to have loosened a little when positioning it for this to work best. You can do this straight or angle to the side...whatever your fancying on the day.

Step Four

Now you have your french twist in place you need to pin the rolled hair to your head. Finish with a stritz of hairspray :)
